Customer Reviews

piece of junk - doesn't stay screwed together See my video. I purchased this pill fob from Amazon and right out of the package the screw-together threads did not hold, the top just pulls right off no matter how much I try to screw it together. So Amazon sent a replacement in case I got one bad item and just received the replacement today -- same thing! Obviously I didn't get one bad item, the whole design and/or materials of this product is flawed. With this item you are at risk of it coming apart and your meds falling out. Again, see my video, this shows me trying to screw together both of this item, brand new out of the package. 1too small to fit a pillThe container is too small, I can t event put an Aleve pill in it. 1Now as thin as a baggie. What used to be a rigid plastic pill pouch is now so thin it tears after 1 use. It should be relabeled "Disposable pill pouches". Instead, I bought 2"X3" zip lock plastic coin pouches online and they are cheaper, more sturdy, and work great. 1Quality down graded. This product quality is down graded now, then i have bought before, now its too thin and zip is bad quality, does not close properly then the version i got before. 1Not the same quality - thinner plastic, easy to tearI have used the Ezy Dose pill carrier for years. I ordered three sets of 100. They are not the same thickness as the originals. The left image in the photo shows the older, thicker, less translucent Ezy Dose pouch, the one to the right, the thinner see-through version. The price is good, but the quality is gone. 2Does Not Zip Closed - Defective ProductDo not buy this product -- defective product. Just opened the package tomuse on a trip and discovered that none of the packets zip closed. Frustrating!! Not a high ticket item, but now I have to go out and find a solution for our medication for a 3-week trip. Had hoped it would help organize without taking bulky plastic pill containers. very disappointing. Too, bad the star system does not provide a "0" Star. 1Best small zipped bagI'm disabled for the past 25 years and have to use a lot of medication. I have to travel quite far and for long periods of time for medical care. I used different little zipper baggies (from Walmart arts and crafts section) but this product is much better. The zipper is on the wide side making access to the pills inside better. The white portion of the plastic is great for drug name/dose. You can use a regular ballpoint pen.I tape the printed pharmacy label over one side so there is a reference to my prescription. You know, little baggies, some pills...I even tape the drug name above the zipper, so I can easily identify each prescription.I have these pill pouches everywhere. They are great for all other little items like jewelry, stamps, coins, etc.Only a few pharmacies carry this item so I don't mind paying a dollar more for delivery. 5I use to love these little pill pouches but what happened to them?I had to find them online because the Walmart near us I use after I moved didn't sell them. They are great for travel when I need to save room or just for taking a few vitamins or pills to work to throw into my bag. I have also used them to store small tool parts I can label without having to use huge zip lock bags. I didn't need to buy them too often because I reuse the bags several times. The latest cons, the new bags I received are so thin compared to the original. I assume to save the company money. I was really disappointed when I opened them because the plastic is extremely thin compared to the original product they sold. I will probably have to see if another company sells a different type since these ones are not going to be as reliable. 3What happened to the quality?I have purchased many Ez dose bags over the years. These are the worst I have ever purchased. The original ones have some thickness to them. These are very poor quality and will surely break/burst or just split as they are made like a vegetable bag at the supermarket. No thickness, no protection for the meds. Won't buy them again. Plus I just found out they're non-refundable. Only $3+ but still a waste of money. 1These are perfect!I'm happy to have ignored the handful of negative reviews and believed the product photo instead (which says reusable) despite the title saying disposable. These are wide enough to get my fingers inside to select the pill I need, unlike most pill organizers that make it impossible to get a teeny tiny pill out from among larger capsules. They seal nicely, open easily, reseal again with no issue. They're about the thickness of a good sandwich bag, thicker than the cheap ones but not as thick as a freezer bag. They're the perfect thing to throw in your pocket for the day or keep it on top of the huge insulated mug to avoid forgetting to take meds and vitamins! Definitely worth the $2.95 for 100!------------EDIT (it doesn't allow me to do a separate review for the 50pk so adding it on to the 100pk review)I bought the 50pk Oct 2019 for future use because there was a coupon which made them $1.38I don't see a difference in the descriptions of the 50pk and 100pk but there IS a difference in thickness. The 50pk bags are the ones you need if you're looking for thicker ones. The 100pk is great for every day use and I've put them in my pocket for on the go but the 50pk bags I'd be comfortable throwing into my purse since they're a little thicker.I'll add a video later comparing the two with a sandwich bag and freezer bag.I'd like a better/faster way of filling them than what I have now (filling a weekly organizer then dumping them into the bags) so if you have any suggestions I'd love to hear them! 5
