    This floss shredsI was so disappointed with this floss. My teeth are very close together and regular floss always shreds before I finish flossing. This floss is the worst I've tried because it frays several times for every single flossing session. I'm going back to my waxed tape dental floss.1Thick, sturdy flossMy husband uses this to clean under his bridge and to floss with. This is thick, sturdy floss. I, myself, have tight contacts and I can't use this because it tends to get stuck but he has teeth that aren't so tight and he uses this with no problem.4Made for people with gaps or spaces...The one star is mainly for the fast shipment of this floss. I bought this because I was amazed at how many yards come in the pack (200). I figured it would last me well over 4 months. My typical, preferred Glide Floss only comes with 43.7 yards and even buying it in bulk, seemed to go quickly. I do not have gaps or spaces inbetween my teeth, and I don't have teeth that overlap so I was really surprised to find that this particular floss gets caught in between my molars. It does not glide gently and the material is rough feeling. Wrapping it around my fingers was very uncomfortable, and flossing between my gum line left an unwelcoming, rough feel during the process. Trying to pull it out from in between my teeth felt like I was actually pulling teeth. I would not purchase this again.1This is the best dental floss I have ever used and I recommend ... This is the best dental floss I have ever used and I recommend it without reservation. 5Magic for your teeth.I'm not sure what Butlerweave is (I'm sure I could look it up) and my hygienist has never heard of it. It feels like it cleans between your teeth better than tape or traditional waxed floss. There is consensus among other family members that once you use Butlerweave, you never want to go back to regular floss.5Awesome Floss This is without a doubt the best dental floss I have ever used. It is a little wider than traditional dental floss, or at least I seem to think so. However, with extra width comes a significant gain in durability. This stuff is really tough, yet it is still easy to cut on the little metal tab under the lid. I will say that this floss is a little stiffer than other brands, which I happen to really like. It was a soft floss made from some fabric-like material that worked perfectly. I bought this GUM floss because it was listed on some site as one of the top woven flosses, along with Listerine.If you are also looking for a replacement for Listerine woven floss - keep looking, this is not at all a similar product. It is only slightly better than any cheap plastic floss (like the Glide samples you get at the dentists), which tends to cut into my sensitive gums, is slippery and just very unpleasant to use. It may be woven but it's woven from the plastic strands, not from the material similar to Listerine GGC floss. It also seems to be quite thick and I'm having trouble using it in the areas where teeth are more crowded.Overall very disappointed. It's just a mediocre floss, nothing special and not even close to what I was looking for.2BEST FLOSS EVER!I have been using every sample my dentist has given to me over the years and never liked any of them. Some snagged, some were too thick, some just didn't go between my front teeth which I admit are tight. So, I bought the skinny stuff, the waxed and unwaxed, and FINALLY, on my own decided to try this GUM Butlerweave Floss Mint Waxed 200 yd (Pack of 3) figuring if I didn't like it my kids would get it! NOW I HIDE IT!!! Its the best EVER! I have ordered it twice, and always more than one at a time so I have one in the car, house, and pocketbook! My dentist just cleaned and checked my gums and asked me what I was doing. I never let on it was my 3x/day flossing with GUM, but he told me to keep on doing what I am doing! Just bought thee 3 pack again!5Great floss for cheapThis is some of the best floss I've had, and 400 yards of it for $7.24 is a bargain. It is definitely thicker than Glide or Reach, so if you have really tight teeth, you may want to look elsewhere. It starts out around the thickness of normal store brand waxed floss, but feels a little tougher. Then after you've flossed a couple spots with it, it starts to get a little thicker. If this is helpful you can use it like this for a couple more teeth; if not, scoot the floss along to a fresh part.5
