I have been taking 2pills every 3-4hrs while I am awake pretty consistently for about 6 weeks and I am already impressed and will continue taking RED CLOvER Of course ,I can't see the inside of my body to see if it is actually starting to heal up any scar tissues BUT I sure feel like it is working like it should MUch LESS and lightened menstruated pains/cramps, decreased general sharp pains in my sides/stomach/uterus area after about 2wks of taking it.BAD thing, it does have a dry /CALkY taste to it that can sometimes dry my mouth out and upset my stomach (both w and w/o taken w food ), which for ME, sometimes can make me throw up and I found it easier IF I pulled the capsules in half and mix them with something small to eat, they don't taste so bad and my normally keeps it down.thus particular pill is in capsule form that can be pulled apart easily and the powered form is inside (which, I advise anyone to separate the capsule and put them in some food or water to reduce the CHALKY taste, decrease nausea, increase the speed of digestion process). 3Five StarsI take it to help with lymphedema. Seems to be working @ 5Great product.Used this product in conjunction with Cat's Claw to get rid of chronic strep throat that antibiotics was not getting rid of. Huge fan. 5
