- Vedapure Shilajeet resin (semi- liquid) is the purest form of shilajit. It looked like a tar-like substance containing a high concentration of fulvic and humic acids, along with many essential minerals.
- Shilajeet the minerals in shilajit are in ionic form, which means the body can more easily absorb and move them to areas where the minerals are needed for growth and maintenance of cells. In ayurveda, shilajeet is believed to be a rasayana or rejuvenation substance.
- Shilajit resin (semi-liquid) is the purest form of shilajit, with the benefits that are endless and help to provide a healthy body and mind.
- Dosage: it is recommended to take a pea sized portion of shilajit resin (approx 0.5 gram) and dissolve in lukewarm water or milk two times a day, after breakfast and dinner, or as directed by healthcare professional.
